Established in 1997, Shannon Niday has become one of the most respected trainers in motocross, developing riders from amateur to professional level. His students have gone on to successful pro careers, and he has worked with elite athletes including Ryan Dungey, Trey Canard, Jason Anderson, Blake Wharton, Dean Wilson, and Jessy Nelson. Joining him is Jake Baumert, a former professional racer and AMA Amateur National Motocross ChampionshipChampion at Loretta Lynn’s. With multiple national amateur titles and years of experience competing at the highest levels, Jake brings elite racing knowledge, technical precision, and a modern approach to rider development. Together, Shannon and Jake provide hands-on, fundamentals-driven training focused on technique, race craft, and mindset - building complete athletes and creating a clear path to professional success.
