Common questions

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade any time from the Billing page in your admin dashboard. Stripe handles proration on switches and we never charge cancellation fees.

Do you offer a free trial?

Standard includes a 14-day free trial. You can cancel any time during the trial without being charged.

Are payment processing fees included?

The Standard plan lets you accept card payments through your own Stripe or Squareaccount, with funds settling directly to you. The processor's standard fee (typically ~2.9% + 30¢ per transaction) applies separately and goes to Stripe or Square — we never take a percentage or add a fee of our own. You choose whether to absorb that processing fee or let attendees cover it at checkout. (Peer-to-peer payment links — Venmo, PayPal, Cash App, Zelle, or any payment URL you use — carry no processing fee and are available on every plan.)

What kind of support is included?

Every plan includes email support — and you're talking to a real person who knows the product inside out, not a call center or a bot. Standard moves your questions to the front of the queue, and Premiumadds a direct line for hands-on, white-glove help. I answer as quickly as I can; since it's a small operation, more involved questions may take a couple of business days. There's no 24/7 hotline — but there are also no scripts or runarounds.

What if I'm a small nonprofit?
